100 Ways To Relax While Having Fun

1. Drink some green tea
2. Take a nap
3. Go outside and let sunshine sink in
4. Take a five minute power walk
5. Do some yoga stretches
6. Meditate
7. Breathe deeply
8. Watch some TV
9. Listen to classical music
