100 Ways To Relax While Having Fun

1. Drink some green tea
2. Take a nap
3. Go outside and let sunshine sink in
4. Take a five minute power walk
5. Do some yoga stretches
6. Meditate
7. Breathe deeply
8. Watch some TV
9. Listen to classical music
10. Go to the gym
11. Eat exotic fruit
12. Go for a walk in the city and observe everything
13. Get a fruit milkshake
14. Talk to a friend on the phone (or in person)
15. Light some scented candles
16. Organize your room/office
17. Think about everything and anything, if everything is muddled, make lists or write a journal post
18. Look at inspiring photos

20. Spend some time with your mother

    a) this took an hour and a half
    b) i did mean life. it was number eighty something and i was tired.
