love. love. love?

A child grows up with "love". At the age of 4, a parent reads to the child a story, at the end of the fairy tale, the prince and the princess fall madly in love and live happily ever after. At the age of 9, a girl listens to music on her "hand-me-down" black iPod, songs that are always about love. Love gone wrong and love gone right. At the age of 13, the young girl  has her first real crush. A small little secret that she can keep in her heart safe and sound. A little bud that she waters every evening when the sun sets. A topic of conversation when talking to her friends eating lunch at school. At the age of 16, the young lady has fallen in love. At the age of 63, the elderly woman has had a life full of smiles, sunshine and love.

As you have concluded I am the "young 13 year old girl". That is why that part is the most detailed, because I am living it now.

With love,
Zoé

Tinkly

You know when you get the feeling you're a big blue butterfly, ready to spring up into the air.
The feeling of total freedom and having accomplished more than a few things.
The feeling of being pure and fresh.
The type of feeling that when it's raining, you want to dance and sing and laugh outside, getting drenched.
Or, when it's sunny you want to run hours and hours on end. Barefoot, close to the Earth, eating fruit and absorbing the light.
The feeling that you heart is bursting, and not the ugly way: not bursting with sorrow, but with joy and peacefulness.
You know that feeling?

Yes, so do I.
